Get a schedule. Get a life.

I relly need to get a schedule going. this cat napping is not getting me enough rest, and then when I combined it with I am drinking more water and less diet and regular soda, so I am not getting as much caffeine. Thank goodness I am not getting the headache that comes from caffeine withdrawal, I guess I am getting enough to stop that.

I have caught my medical insurance premiums now to squeeze out the money to get an examine a physical, and get the Rx for my type two diabetes, I know my blood sugar is way way way unhealthy but I turn a soon to be blind eye to the issue. I know better, and the lack of action then triggers my depression, which then makes action even harder, and so the downward cycle goes. I am going to break it though get a life improve my health for myself, and those I love.
